What are the different sizes of Jade Eggs, and what are they for? The Jade Eggs come in three sizes that correspond to varying levels of expertise. The largest eggs are the easiest to grasp and manipulate and help the beginner sense and become aware of her muscles and control. The smaller the eggs get, the more skill and muscular control it takes to manipulate and feel them, thus the smallest eggs are for the expert who has trained through the other sizes. The respective size of the eggs are: small 21mm, medium 26mm, large 40mm.

Why are some of the Jade Eggs predrilled and others not? One of each different size of Jade Eggs is predrilled. This is to allow you to practice vaginal weight lifting with all three sizes, depending on your preference. This could be based on ability, strength, or body size, or any combination of the above. The idea is that as you improve you may be able to lift the same amount of weight with a smaller and smaller egg. As for the egg that does not have a hole, this egg can be used in conjunction with another egg to learn how to move each one in different directions. A woman that practices a lot can move the eggs in opposite directions until they hit each other, the vibrations being exquisite.

How and what do I weight lift with the Jade Eggs?You can attach one egg to another to try lifting a small amount of weight. You may also attach a string or silk cord from the egg to an adjustable weight, (a cloth bag filled with sand works well). We recommend that you start with a modest amount of weight and work your way up in small increments. Be gentle and let your body guide your exercises. We don’t suggest that you lift over 10 pounds unless you are already an expert.

What if the Jade Egg feels “stuck” during my exercises? We recommend the first couple of times you use the Jade Eggs, to attach a string or silk cord through the drilled egg. Using this will ensure that you can pull the egg out gently at any time you wish. If by chance you experience that the egg feels "stuck", don’t worry! Relax... the egg will come out naturally, often when youÕve completely forgotten about it. Laughing, sneezing, or coughing can eject the egg. Squatting and pushing out gently (as though having a bowel movement) works well. You may try other positions like lying down and see what works best for you. Inserting a finger to locate and guide the egg out is helpful in letting you feel and guide your muscle movements. Don’t overstrain or worry. Why does the Jade Egg have a hole drilled though it? This hole is there for you to add a string to the egg so as to remove it easily from the vagina after exercising. Also as you become more advanced, you can attach small weights to increase your workout quality.
